Liz Elliott is a Principal and Career Product Market Leader for Western Canada. Liz joined Mercer in 2018, bringing over 15 years of corporate experience. Liz works closely with her client base to establish long-term and meaningful relationships. In her role, Liz works with companies to enable them to strengthen their human capital strategies by responding to the unique challenges of today’s demand for skills and talent. Liz’s brings forth Mercer’s broad offerings to connect experts and solutions in key areas such as: Global Compensation, benefits and policies; Employee Listening ; Consulting Services; Custom Surveys; Workforce Transitions; Mobility; Skills.

Jennifer Kwong

Jennifer Kwong is a Principal Consultant in Mercer’s Career practice with over ten years of experience in compensation strategy design and development. She is a trusted advisor and leader in the Vancouver office with a focus on workforce rewards consulting, providing guidance to clients across a variety of industries. Her experience includes successfully leading the design and delivery of job evaluation systems, conducting market benchmarking and policy reviews, as well as the design and implementation of salary structures. Prior to joining Mercer, Jennifer led a compensation team at one of the largest crown corporations in British Columbia.
