You can download your receipt by signing into your account and navigating to:
Account > Order History > Select Order > Download Receipt
Yes. Once enrolled, you’ll have ongoing access to your course materials, allowing you to learn and revisit content at your own pace.
Your Certificate of Completion is automatically generated and emailed to you once all required components of the course have been completed.
Tip: If you don’t see it right away, please check your junk or spam folder.
With our new single sign‑on (SSO) experience, CPHR members must sign in using the same email address associated with their CPHR BC & Yukon member portal.
If your on‑demand account was previously created using a different email address, your courses may appear under another account.
