Who should attend:
92% of HR professionals do not start their careers in HR - we come from a diversity of fields such as education, social sciences, and administrative services. Even though this brings diversity, it also means that HR careers have a tendency to be unstructured and, for many, leads to higher levels of dissatisfaction - in fact only 43% of HR professionals state that they are satisfied or moderately satisfied with their career. So how can we fix this? The first step is to make HR professionals aware of the massive amount of opportunities in HR, and more importantly, how to build the skills that make you ready for new roles and positions. This webinar is designed to share practical insights that HR professionals can apply to navigate their careers, as well as guidance for HR leaders responsible for building sustainable HR skills and teams within their organization.
