Katherine Gibbard
Katherine Gibbard is an award-winning Doctoral candidate in industrial/Organizational Psychology whose current research is specialized in HR technology and employee trust in artificial intelligence. In addition to her publications in leading peer-reviewed academic journals, Katherine has over six years of experience in applied analysis and consulting: partnering with organizations to implement and evaluate evidence-based solutions across performance management, strategic workforce planning and DE&I. Katherine has continued to blend cutting-edge academia with real world applications since joining SuccessFinder in 2021 as a Behavioral Scientist where she is instrumental in the creation of custom solutions for a broad range of enterprise clients.
Andrew Watson
Andrew holds a M.Sc. in Innovation & Strategy from Grenoble Ecole de Management. He leads the development and delivery of all certification programs offered to SuccessFinder client users, including developing curriculum, facilitating training sessions and managing the community of certified practitioners. He is a SuccessFinder Master Coach and subject matter expert who understands the potential impact SuccessFinder and psychometric tools can have across a variety of professional, coaching and leadership development contexts.
