Alison Grenier

Alison Grenier is Head of Culture and Research for Great Place to Work and has been studying the Best Workplaces in Canada for over 15 years. Alison is committed to helping organizations better understand their employee experience so they can create a great place to work for all their employees, regardless of who they are or what job they do. Leveraging GPTW’s unparalleled data library to uncover the leading workplace trends, Alison supports organizations with specific and actionable feedback to drive their culture forward. Since joining Great Place to Work in 2007, Alison has led over 100 culture consulting projects spanning multiple industries, ranging in scope from an annual workplace culture assessment to a multi-million dollar, enterprise-wide culture transformation. Prior to joining the Institute, Alison worked in a variety of human resource roles in the manufacturing, professional services and not-for-profit sectors. Alison holds a Masters Degree in Workplace Learning and Change and is an active community volunteer and board member. Alison feels privileged to live and work in beautiful Kelowna B.C. on the traditional unceded territory of the syilx Okanagan people.
