Elizabeth Bingham is a partner at Rubin Thomlinson LLP and brings a high level of skillfulness to her work. She is proficient in handling cases with challenging factors such as potentially contradictory evidence, reluctant interviewees, disability, mental health, and class. Her expertise includes investigations into complaints of harassment, discrimination, and other forms of misconduct within the education sector. Trained in a trauma-informed approach to investigations, Elizabeth also has experience in conducting investigations that involve allegations of sexual harassment and sexual assault.
