Description:
We live in a fast-paced world. Demands on our time and attention are getting more complex by the day. Many of us barely make it through our busy days with constantly mounting daily life tasks and employment demands in the workplace. There is too little time left over to focus on creating a safe and healthy workplace environment as well as our own well being, and it's all too common for people to feel tired, fatigued and unhappy. It doesn't have to be this way. Years of research into longevity, happiness and fulfillment have allowed us to compile several core principles for successful aging. Cutting-edge technologies that screen for heart disease and cancers, research into aging, and programmatic changes around mindfulness, exercise and diet allow people and their organizations to not only survive, but thrive!

Learning Objectives:

  • What poor lifestyle choices will do to a person.
  • What can be done to improve health and ultimately our working environments.
  • The role of exercise, diet and mindfulness in longevity.
  • What the 'blue zones' of longevity are and what they can teach us and our teams.
  • How preventative healthcare empowers us in our quest to stay strong while living longer.

Who should attend:

  • This webinar will benefit all Human Resource professionals and anyone who is interested in knowing more about how to optimize the health of their teams, the company executive and the organizations’ staff in general, and their own health and longevity, along with their family members. The information shared will be useful for all age groups too.
