Marilynn Kalman

Marilynn Kalman is the President and Executive Manager at HireGround Software Solutions. In addition to working for private and public companies, she has been the Managing Director and major shareholder of a diverse range of businesses over the last twenty years. Marilynn holds an MBA from the University of Calgary. She has been at the helm of HireGround Software for 18 years, developing innovative and effective HR software solutions such as the StartDate Applicant Tracking System (www.StartDate.ca).  She works closely and tirelessly with many local and national associations in order to determine best practices for software and support materials developed by the firm. Some of the groups that have been supportive in development of HireGround Software (www.HireGroundSoftware.com) have been the University of Alberta, University of Calgary, University of Regina, Alberta Innovates Centre for Machine Learning, as well as the National Research Council and NSERC.
