The presentation, The Artistry of Change: The Top 3 Habits of People Who Turn Problems into Solutions, was part of a 3 day virtual event presented by the Chartered Professionals in Human Resources of Canada. Called the HR Virtual Forum Series - Empowering Your People in a Post-Pandemic Workplace, the presentation was originally presented live on June 1, 2020.

These days, the most important skill in HR is to creatively handle massive change AND to inspire others to do the same. Yet, the default reaction in most people is to be problem-focused and defeated by the challenges we now face. How do we keep activating our higher centres of reasoning in the face of economic, health and security risks?

After 11 years of research, we at the Artistry of Change Consulting Inc., have identified the top 3 habits of people who are resilient and innovative. They stay solutions-oriented, centred and agile in the face of challenges like the pandemic. We call these people “Artists of Change”. These habits don’t actually need to be learned, but just re-activated. This requires little or no time or money. It's simply about training your brain to stay in a high a performance state, no matter what.

During this entertaining, interactive and practical presentation you will discover how to:

  • think more resourcefully when faced with seemingly impossible tasks
  • help yourself and others move from a reactive to a solutions-oriented response no matter what
  • create a culture of innovation in which open communication about solutions is the norm

The Artistry of Change® is an innovative system that blends diverse fields such as educational kinesiology, western and eastern psychology, conflict resolution, change management theory, creative process models, and neuroscience. These fields are merging in exciting ways to produce what we call the indispensable ‘Artists of Change' who can bring your career to the next level of excellence.
