Our Mastery Program: Leading with Emotional Intelligence - does more than scratch the surface — it digs deep into understanding your emotional makeup, motives, and strengths and weaknesses. In today's day and age, soft skills are just as, if not more, important than hard skills. Learning to lead with emotional intelligence and becoming aware of your emotions and those of others are vital skills to be successful personally and professionally.
Leaders typically possess superior technical abilities; however, this is only one-half of the equation required to increase the success of your organization. Leaders must focus on the skills necessary to work with others and get the best results from their teams.
Authentic leadership is about inspiring, motivating and igniting passion in others. Leveraging your emotional intelligence means exceptional self-awareness, better control of your actions, and more empathy for others. Increased emotional intelligence can also help individuals manage stress better, build healthier relationships, and be more successful in work and life.
After completing this Mastery Program, you will walk away with amplified strengths and the tools to manage the hurdles life throws at you, clearing the path for your true potential to emerge as an effective and influential leader. We will work through the EQ-i 2.0 model developed by Multi-Health Systems, consisting of 15 emotional intelligence competencies within five composite scales - Self Perception, Self Expression, Interpersonal, Decision Making, and Stress Management. You will learn how to leverage the competencies to help you tackle stress, reduce emotional reactivity and have fewer consequences.
Training is delivered across 34 video lessons, exercises, activities, and concurrent knowledge checks to test comprehension and ensure an all-inclusive learning and developmental experience that stays with you well beyond this training program.
